Initial Lifestyle Medicine Consultation
(75–90 minutes) – $250

A deep, supportive conversation about your health habits, goals, and challenges using the six pillars framework. You’ll leave with clear goals, personalized recommendations, and a written summary plan you can readily follow.

Follow-Up Progress Visit
(45–60 minutes) – $175

We check in on your progress, work through obstacles, adjust your plan, and set new, achievable goals.

Quick Check-In
(30 minutes) – $115

A focused accountability session to celebrate wins, problem-solve challenges, and stay motivated between longer visits.

Quarterly Reassessment
(90 minutes) – $250

Every 3–4 months, we take a deeper look at measurable outcomes like weight, waist measurement, blood pressure, and labs (when applicable), then refine your plan as your needs evolve.
